Marine Lahaix is a young filmmaker and dressage rider who lives and works in France. Her work was included in the exhibition Poetica(s) de lo inacabado, curated by Alejandra Riera, at the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, and the Biennale of Mulhouse in 2017. Her work has led to collaborations with artists in Colombia, Norway, and Arab Emirates. She earned a MA from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art de Bourges (France) in 2016. As a dressage rider, Lahaix investigates what she calls a "po-éthique du dressage" ("po-ethic of dressage"), a reflection of the limits of dressage, in search of a fair communication between horse and rider.
