CALL FOR PROPOSALS: 2018-2019 Marion International Fellowship in the Visual and Performing Arts

We are pleased to announce the application process is now open for the sixth annual Marion International Fellowship for the Visual and Performing Arts. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2018.

Initiated by Ucross board member Jesse Marion and his wife Cathy, the Marion International Fellowship for the Visual and Performing Arts provides an artist with the opportunity to create original art while experiencing a number of locations in the Marion Fellowship Circle: Ucross, Chautauqua Institution, the Alley Theatre, the Alberta College of Art and Design, and State University of New York at Fredonia. The Marion Fellowship carries an award of up to $18,000 and a final project will be presented at SUNY Fredonia (Cathy's alma mater) at the end of the artistic journey.

The Fellowship is open to artists working in the Visual or Performing Arts. Past Ucross Fellows can apply to this Fellowship 2.5 years after a regular Ucross residency.
