Charlie Hart is an attorney who is currently of counsel with Davis & Cannon in Sheridan, Wyoming. He has worked as a partner with the Burgess & Davis law firm and as a self-employed attorney with Hart & Smith. He was done work on behalf of the Ucross Foundation for more than thirty years. Charlie served for many years on the Sheridan County Planning Commission, including as Chairman. He was born in Syracuse, New York, has a BA in Government from Saint Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and a JD from the Syracuse University College of Law. He served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1972, including in Tehran, Iran, and Panama. Charlie and his wife Ann have five grown children and make their home on a ranch outside of Sheridan, Wyoming.
